It's been a minute since our last posts, so we thought it might be good to do a quick update:
- Casa Mayura, our grand renovation project in Merritt Island, FL is complete, and the new owners are preparing to move-in. We wish them many years of enjoyment and contentment!
- Our largest ever home (more of a compound really) on Lake Murray in South Carolina is complete and the family that commissioned that home have moved in and enjoyed a summer on the lake. We thank them for their trust and partnership on the project!
- We are a week or two from signing the deed on a new undertaking in Vero Beach, FL. A 2007-built mediterranean-styled home that has great lines and openeness, but needs a complete refresh and some refactoring. Stay tuned for updates and photos as it progresses.
We stay busy, but continue to talk with folks about design, build and renovation projects, and will add them as they come to fruition.
